Returned and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced to the following conditions:

  • the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe

  • items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

  • If you have received a Gift With Purchase, the gift must also be returned otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, should we identify unreasonable of returns or the purchase and use of garments for the creation of content for personal or professional gains we may restrict or refuse future orders.  

  •  When returning any item/s due to a change of mind you must contact store within 3 days of receiving your item/s.

  •  Item/s must be returned to AR Natural Cleaner, with your receipt of purchase and must be in original packaging and in original condition for a credit/replacement only. 
     

Do I pay for my return shipping?

  • If you have changed your mind, the item does not suit you or you have ordered the wrong product, you will need to pay for the return postage.

  • If the item is faulty in some way or we have made a mistake with your order, we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the postage.

 

When will my return be processed?

  • As soon as your return arrives, we will aim to process your refund within the next 2 business days. 

  • Refunds will be issued in the form a credit card refund. Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to show in your account due to PayPal and Bank processing time.
